Shooting Range Complex Renovation: Provided comprehensive lead site assessment, soil sampling, geotechnical services, recycling, and soil stabilization for renovation of the August A. Busch Memorial Conservation Area Shooting Range Complex Renovation in Weldon Spring, St. Charles County, Missouri.  All field data collection, subsequent laboratory analysis, and data evaluation were performed in accordance with the assessment objectives described in the site lead assessment plan.  Developed recommendations, procedures, and specifications for the proposed range renovation.

Limestone/Dolomite Bedrock Preliminary Evaluation: Conducted review of available geologic literature sources to identify and evaluate the distribution and apparent thickness of bedrock deposits within the approximately 732-acre site for a potential open-pit quarry mining operation.  Prepared summary report describing the results of the literature review, supported by illustrations, tables and maps for future reference.

Mining Bond Releases: Provide assistance for release of bond liability and approval of permit revisions involving mined and reclaimed ground near the Solid Waste Management Area (SWMA) in Randolph County, Missouri.  Completed realignment of SWMA and variance request approval to reclamation timeframes.

Limestone Mining Plan:  Provided services including the preparation, submittal and approval of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for a surface mining permit, air operating and construction permit, and a stormwater discharge (NPDES) permit for the development of an open-pit limestone quarry operation located in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.  Services also included the preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and a Spill, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) plan.
