Ken Ewers Elected Vice-President of MWCC

Ken Ewers, R.G., of GREDELL Engineering Resources, Inc., Jefferson City, MO, was elected Vice-President of the Missouri Waste Control Coalition (MWCC) and will continue to serve on the Board of Directors. Ken has served as an advisor for the MWCC since 2015.

Ken helped the MWCC to plan and promote the annual three-day environmental conference held at the Lake of the Ozarks in mid-July.  Over 450 other professionals attended the conference, which provides an annual forum for discussing the new developments in waste management, site remediation, and environmental protection.  MWCC was formed in 1981 to bring together citizens, government, business, and industry to discuss the rapidly changing field of waste management.

Mr. Ewers has over 11 years of consulting experience in the areas of detailed hydrogeologic site characterization, groundwater modeling, and subsurface investigations related to hazardous and solid waste.  Mr. Ewers has developed unique methods for in-situ and laboratory characterization of hydrogeologic units, has managed aquifer testing programs including multi-well pumping tests, packer testing, and slug testing and has presented these methods at previous MWCC Environmental Conferences.
