(Gredell Engineering), is seeking a full-time Geotechnical/Civil Engineer with mid-level experience to work in our Jefferson City office.  Gredell Engineering is a civil/environmental engineering firm based in Jefferson City, MO with branch offices in Springfield, MO and the Kansas City metropolitan area (current office in Lenexa, KS).  Gredell Engineering is in its 22nd year of operation and continues to expand clientele and services.  We are licensed to provide engineering services in MO, KS, IL and IA.  For more information, see

This position is a track to firm Principal. The successful candidate will work with the Principal Geotechnical Engineer/Vice President to take over a 30+ year central Missouri geotechnical practice. Strong report writing, verbal communication skills, and education/experience in: soil mechanics; subsurface investigations; construction methods; and plans/specs required. Will work as project engineer on geotechnical, civil, environmental, and construction quality assurance projects, including field investigations, report writing, planning, permitting, design and construction. Minimum BS (MS preferred) in civil or geological engineering.  Minimum MO Engineering Intern, PE preferred. Some travel, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record required. Competitive wages based on qualifications and experience.
