SITE GRADING PLANS and LAND DISTURBANCE PROJECTS

St. Louis County:  Developed site grading plan as part of the criteria for securing a Land Disturbance Permit for a clean fill operation.  Grading plan included development of best management practices and techniques in accordance with local codes and ordinances.  Contact Ms Dale Behnen, Terrafil Inc., Valley Park, Missouri, 636-225-7000.

Randolph County:  Responsible for the development of construction and operational sequencing plans for three coal combustion product (CCP) disposal cells.  Sequencing plans addressed both short-term and long-term CCP management and recommendations concerning most practicable methods to maximize disposal cell life and final reclamation.  Contact Ms. Kim Dickerson, Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc., Thomas Hill Energy Center, Clifton Hill, Missouri, 660-261-3263.

Boone County:  In charge of the design and preparation of construction plans and specifications for the reclamation of a large abandoned coal mine in central Missouri.  Other duties include coordination with landowners and local authorities, construction inspection, and construction administration.  Project in ongoing.
