HAZARDOUS WASTE PROJECTS

Greene County:  Provided professional geologic services for the proper abandonment of groundwater monitoring wells formerly used at a CERCLA and NPL site.  Duties included preparation of a site-specific health and safety plan, coordination with State and Federal agencies, and completion of a final report.  Duties continue to involve annual review of groundwater and surface water data and submittal of an annual water quality report to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.  Contact Mr. Doug Durrington, Springfield Department of Public Works, Springfield, Missouri, 417-864-2004.
